Josh worked with one of the biggest mortgage companies in Utah for many years and started transitioning into helping loan officers and real estate agents build their brand and brand awareness a few years ago. In early 2019, he founded SHRED Media, focused on getting people to Show up, Hustle, and Repeat Every Day.
Josh shares what he finds critical in the marketplace in terms of using social media. He highlights the importance of building a brand (rather than focusing on branding), and reveals a secret — it’s not difficult, it just takes consistency.
