S — Supplement your weaknesses.
T— Tailor your expectations.
O — Optimize your environment.
M — Market like heck.
50 to 500 Process & Procedure — There are five main ways to make more money in your business after customizing: get more leads, get more conversions, get more transactions, raise your prices, and get rid of bad expenses. Make a 1% increase (or decrease) in each aspect every week for a whole year (50 weeks), and see a 500% increase in your business.
At the end of the day, always be asking yourself this — Is what I’m about to do going to get me paid? Does it serve my purpose and my strengths? Is it something I have to do or can I delegate it? And is it something that needs to be done at all?
