On this episode, I get to sit down with Carl White, the founder of Mortgage Marketing Animals, where he and his team coach top loan officers to achieve financial success through tried and tested marketing strategies. Since he started off in the mortgage industry in 2000, Carl has been wildly successful, and now, his company closes over 300 loans a month on average, working a four-day work week and never working before 9 a.m. or after 5 p.m.

 

Carl shares more about how he made the transition from the healthcare industry to the mortgage industry and his realization that allowed him to revolutionize the way things were being done. He also explains why his advice is “Always wear black pants,” and why it’s so important to discover the one thing that brings in the most of your business and do it or remove the obstacles that prevent you from doing it. Carl and Jen also discuss how to hire for success by setting expectations and parameters and he reveals his tips for jumpstarting your business right now.
